PLEASE READ!
Email is an easy and convenient way to correspond. HOWEVER,
we have all come to learn that the internet IS NOT a perfect
place. We here at Traveled Lane pride ourselves on quick response
to our customers, including those who email. Because of the amount
of "junk" mail that is now floating through cyberspace,
filters on mail programs have become common place. Many of them
key on words both in the content of the message and/or the address to
decide whether to keep or trash a message. In light of this, we
have discovered that emails being sent to us, as well as those responses
we are sending are NOT GETTING through. If you do not
hear from us in a 2 day time frame, taking into consideration holidays
and weekends, try again or better yet
CALL! We have modified our
email address name to hopefully help with the situation. Also,
due to the amount of viruses out there, we ask that you not send
any attachments with your emails, that may cause them to be eliminated
as well. Thanks again for your help, and we look forward to
hearing from you.
