Here's the Windsor with Dressing Room, one of Kingston's
most popular models. Like the regular Windsor, it's a 2
horse warmblood-sized model with a slightly tapered
nose. Body width is 74 inches, interior height is a
generous 7'5" and the horse area is nearly 11 feet long.
The 4'+ dressing room includes standard saddle racks, bridle
hooks, a blanket bar, two large opening windows in the nose
and another window in the door (and yet another window we'll
tell you about in the next paragraph). The Windsor with
Dressing Room is so well equipped that we typically order it
with no options - that's the way it's displayed here.
In the horse area, standard equipment includes a padded
aluminum half stall divider with removable front post,
galvanized kick panels, two full height escape doors with
windows and rear curtain doors with windows. That window we
mentioned in the previous paragraph is a huge sliding window
(19" high x 53" wide) connecting the horse area and dressing
room for even more light and ventilation. All windows in
the horse area are equipped with guards as standard.
There's no rear stall divider post, so you can swing the
divider aside to provide a large opening while loading. On
the exterior, bright, reliable LED tail lights are standard,
as are running boards, integrated loading lights, a spare
tire with cover and embossed aluminum gravel guard. Also
standard on the Windsor is Kingston's adjustable easy lift
ramp assist.
In these writeups, we often concentrate on features.
Features you use on a daily basis are certainly
important, but a feature that's no less important, in
our opinion, is quality construction. Every Kingston
benefits from a robust structure and careful assembly.
And Kingstons are well balanced, so they pull very
nicely. We invite you to stop by and see the Windsor
with Dressing Room and other popular Kingston models at
Traveled Lane.
